IEC – New and Updation
Import Export Code (IEC) is a mandatory license for businesses involved in import or export activities. We provide services for new IEC registration as well as modification, updation, and migration to ensure compliance with DGFT requirements.
RCMC – New and Renewal
Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) is required for exporters to avail export
benefits under the Foreign Trade Policy.
We assist in obtaining new RCMC registrations
and renewing expired certificates through respective Export Promotion Councils.
Certificate of Origin (COO)
A Certificate of Origin certifies that the exported goods are manufactured in India.
We help in generating both Preferential and Non-Preferential COOs through DGFT, Chambers of
Commerce, and approved agencies.
Paper Import Monitoring System (PIMS)
PIMS is an online system that requires importers to register before importing specific paper products. Our team manages importer registration, compliance filing, and documentation under the PIMS framework.
Steel Import Monitoring System (SIMS)
SIMS mandates importers to submit advance information on steel imports for monitoring purposes. We handle SIMS registration, filing, and compliance to ensure seamless import clearance.
Coal Import Monitoring System (CIMS)
CIMS requires registration for importing coal and associated products. We assist with importer registration, documentation, and compliance submissions under the CIMS system.
Restricted License (Import and Export)
Certain goods fall under the restricted category and require special import or export permissions. We provide end-to-end support for applying, obtaining, and managing Restricted Licenses through DGFT.
SCOMET
SCOMET covers controlled items related to security, defence, nuclear, aerospace, and dual-use technologies. We assist with SCOMET classification, license applications, compliances, and approvals for export of sensitive goods.
DFIA (Duty-Free Import Authorisation)
DFIA allows duty-free import of inputs used in the manufacture of export goods. Our services include new DFIA applications, transferability support, amendments, and EODC (closure/redemption) procedures.
RoDTEP (Generation, Purchase, Sale of Scrips)
RoDTEP provides rebate on duties and taxes embedded in export products. We help exporters in RoDTEP scroll generation, processing, credit management, and facilitation of scrip purchase & sale.
Export House Certificates / Status Holder
Status Holder Certificates are awarded to exporters based on their export performance. We assist in obtaining and renewing One Star to Five Star Export House Status Certificates from DGFT.
Digital Signature
We issue Class 3 Digital Signatures for individuals and organizations for import, export and government filings.
